COSTING DETAILS

 NetNetwork technicians are charged out @ $77 p/h GST inclusive. These technicians are commonly responsible for setting up networks, maintaining networks and supporting PC problems when they occur.

P   Programmers are charged out @ $82.50 p/h GST inclusive. Our programmers will design and write software/websites to accomodate your business needs.

    WARRANTY

PCs come with 1 year on-site labour warranty and manufacturers warranty on parts (1-4 years). Extended labour warranty also available. Software is not covered under warranty. When possible repairs are conducted on-site, however SilverPlanet reserves the right to take equipment offsite for repair when on-site repair is not possible. Care is always taken during repairs but it is the user’s responsibility to always have data backed up.
